THAT the General Purpose and Administrative Committee Minutes held January 6, 2025, be adopted.

THAT the Minutes of the Scugog Heritage Advisory Committee Meeting held January 14, 2025 be received for information.

THAT the Minutes of the Scugog Housing Advisory Committee Meeting held January 9, 2025 be received for information.

That Report CAO-2025-001 2024 WSIB Rebate Funds be received, and; That Council approve the transfer of the WSIB rebate to the MP reserve for future health and safety purchases.

THAT additional budget request A, Weekend Garbage Pick Up, be

THAT the additional budget ask B, Grant for Spay and Neuter Clinic, be

THAT staff be directed to add $2,500 for the Scugog Chamber of Commerce Santa Claus parade into the 2025 Operating Budget.

THAT Council approve the additional budget ask from the Chamber of Commerce, to assist in Tourism support, in the amount of $11,500; AND THAT the Chamber of Commerce report back to Council on a semi-annually as to how this funding is used inclusive of providing data with respect to foot traffic at the Chamber building.

THAT the additional budget request regarding the Scugog Chamber of Commerce, be

THAT staff be directed to add the Heritage Committee's budget request to replace Heritage Plaques on Queen Street, in the amount of $2,000, into the 2025 Operating Budget.

THAT staff be directed to add the Environmental and Climate Change Committee's request of $1,000 to purchase Tree Seedlings through the Municipal Projects Reserve (Tree Replacement).

THAT staff be directed to add the Scugog Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity Committee's budget request of $500 for the Tri-ACC meeting into the 2025 Operating Budget.

THAT the additional budget request to add $100,000 to the Fire Truck Levy be

THAT staff be directed to add $31,000 into the 2025 Operating Budget for a Seasonal Parks Attendant.

THAT the additional budget request of $12,000 from Scugog Council for the Arts, be
