(o/a Darwin Pivot) in the amount of $92,553 (excluding HST); THAT funding for the award of RFP# P2025-17 be taken from the Municipal Projects Reserve Fund; and THAT the Chief Administrative Officer and Treasurer are authorized to execute any and all documents and agreements necessary to complete the award of RFP# 2025-17 to Darwin Logic Inc.
