T HAT Report FIN-2024-017, 2024 Capital Closing Report – 24A – March 31, 2024, be received; T HAT the Capital Projects listed in Attachment 1 be approved for closure; THAT the additional funding of $34,314.70 from Development Charges – General Government Reserve Fund be transferred to cover the over budget on the 2019 Development Charges Background Study capital project, be approved; THAT the additional funding of $3,812.75 from Municipal Project Reserve be transferred to cover the over budget on the 2019 Development Charges Background Study capital project, be approved; THAT the budgeted funding transfers from Reserves and Reserve Funds totaling $80,061.27 remaining in capital accounts identified in Attachment 1 be uncommitted from their respective reserves and reserve funds; and THAT the budgeted Contribution from Others totaling $176,709.17 remaining in capital accounts identified in Attachment 1 be uncommitted from their respective contributors.
