THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Scugog hereby appoints the following members of Council as representatives to the respective Boards:  Caesarea Hall Board – Councillor Wright  Greenbank Hall Board – Councillor LeRoy  Prince Albert Hall Board – Councillor Guido  Scugog Island Hall Board – Councillor Rock  Seagrave Hall Board – Councillor LeRoy

Special Council Meeting Minutes – February 13, 2023 THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Scugog hereby appoints the following members of Council as representatives to the respective Committees/Boards:  Port Perry Business Improvement Area (BIA) – Councillor Coyne  Chamber of Commerce – Councillor Coyne  Blackstock Ag Society – Councillor Wright  Port Perry Ag Society –Councillor LeRoy

THAT Mayor Wotten is hereby appointed Ex-Officio on all Boards and Committees in accordance with the Procedure By-Law; and THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Scugog hereby appoints the following members of Council as representatives to the respective Committees:  Scugog Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Advisory (SADIE) Committee – Councillor Guido  Blackstock Recreation Complex Advisory Committee – Councillor Wright  Economic Development Advisory Committee – Councillor Rock  Environmental and Climate Change Advisory Committee – Regional Councillor McDougall  Community Grants Committee – Councillor Coyne  Healthy Lake Scugog Steering Committee – Regional Councillor McDougall  Heritage Advisory Committee – Councillor LeRoy  Housing Advisory Committee – Councillor Wright  Tourism Advisory Committee – Councillor Rock

THAT By-Law 09-23 confirming the proceedings of the special meeting of Council held Monday, February 13, 2023, be read a First, Second, and Third time and finally passed this 13th day of February, 2023, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to sign same and affix the Corporate seal thereto.
