THAT the Minutes of the Scugog Tourism Advisory Committee Meeting held January 11, 2024 be received for information.

THAT Report DEV-2024-01, Delegation of Consent Granting Authority, be received; and 2. THAT the By-law to constitute the Committee of Adjustment under the Planning Act to authorize the Committee to grant approval of both minor variance and consent for land severance applications, within the Township of Scugog, effective February 1, 2024, as set out in Attachment 1 to Report DEV-2024-01, be finalized and enacted; 3. THAT the Tariff of Planning Fees By-law 24-15 be further amended, as outlined within Attachment 2 be finalized and enacted.
