THAT this Council enter into a closed session to discuss a dvice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, pursuant to Section 239(2) (f) of the Municipal Act, with respect to the settlement of the Greenbank Airport; and, THAT this Council enter into a closed session to discuss a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board pursuant to Section 239 (2)(c) of the Municipal Act, 2001 related to a confidential land purchase update and next steps; and THAT this Council enter into a closed session to discuss a Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, with respect to the appointment of an Acting CAO.
