the Minutes of the Port Perry Business Improvement Area AGM Meeting of February 15, 2023, be received, save and except the following recommendation to appoint Marwan Dib, JoAnne Callery, Jennifer Noble, Gareth Grainger, Marina Brock, Andrea Thompson, Sharon Runnalls, and Christy Stone-Curry as Directors to the Port Perry Business Improvement Area Board, which shall be endorsed and brought forward by way of By-Law at the next scheduled Council Meeting.

the presentation from Carol Coleman, Director of Public Works & Infrastructure, be received; and THAT Report PWIS-2023-0 0 3 , Lake Scugog Enhancement Project Class Environmental Assessment Project File Report – Add itional Information, be received.

PCA-2023-010-2-1 THAT the Final Project File Report for the Lake Scugog Enhancement Project Class Environmental Assessment be endorsed;

Council waive the rules of procedure to extend the meeting beyond 10:30pm

amend point 4 to read: THAT staff be directed to bring the draft detailed design forward to the public and to Council for review and input prior to finalizing the detailed design for the Lake Scugog Enhancement Project; along with updated costs for final approval.
