1. THAT the presentation by Stacey Jibb and Glen Macfarlane of Invest Durham, regarding the Growing North Durham Plan, be received.

1. THAT Report DEV-2024-003, Growing North Durham Plan Annual Report, be received.

THAT the delegate, John Powell, be provided an additional two (2) minutes to complete his delegation.

THAT the delegation by John Powell, regarding the Housing By-laws, be received.

1. THAT Report DEV-2024-002, Sunday Gun Hunting, be received; and 2. THAT Sunday Gun Hunting in the Township of Scugog be permitted within the guidelines of the Township’s Discharge of Firearms By-Law; and General Purpose and Administration Committee Meeting – February 5, 2024 3. THAT the Township of Scugog requests the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) to amend Part 7 of Ontario Regulation 663/98 under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997 to add the Township to its list and map of Southern Ontario municipalities that permit Sunday Gun Hunting in accordance with provincial legislation

THAT the correspondence from Colin Ogle, regarding Sunday Gun Hunting, be received.

THAT the items listed under Section 10, Reports, and Correspondence, all be approved and passed under Consent Agenda, save and except items 10.1.2, 10.1.3, and 10.2.1.

1. THAT Report FIN-2024-004, Financial Disclosure Requirement – Ontario Regulation 284/09, be received; and 2. THAT Council adopt the compliance report for excluded expenses outlined herein as a requirement of Ontario Regulation 284/09 under the Municipal Act, 2001.

THAT Report COMS-2024-001, Additional Work for Lee House Restoration Project, be received; and 2. THAT additional funding for the basement repairs not to exceed $28,700 be allocated to Capital Project No. 20-70- 690-923058-7377, from the Facility and Building Reserve Fund.
