THAT the fees found within the Council adopted Building By-law that replaces Building By-law 45-18 (former Building By-law) and all amendments thereto, shall take effect as of July 1, 2024.

THAT staff report back to Council with a report including a process, potential scope, costing, and approximate timelines to build a new animal shelter for Council to consider moving forward on a new Animal Shelter at 5500 Lakeridge Road.
