THAT the presentation by Nataliya Kelbas, Hemson Consulting, regarding the Presentation by Hemson Consulting on Development Charges, be received.

THAT the presentation by Manley Lavender, MG Society of Canada, introducing the MG Society of Canada to Council, be received.

1. THAT Report FIN-2024-002, 2023 Capital Closing Report – 23C – November 30, 2023, be received; and 2. THAT the Capital Projects listed in Attachment 1 be approved for closure; 3. THAT the additional funding of $858.60 from the Municipal Projects Reserve to capital project; Capital Projects as a Result of IT Strategy, be approved; 4. THAT the additional funding of $46,711.68 from the Roads Reserve to capital project: McKee Rd Hill – Reconstruction, be approved; 5. THAT the additional funding of $1,949.63 from the Vehicle & Equipment Reserve Fund to capital project: Utility Vehicle Replacement #14, be approved; 6. THAT the additional funding of $93.97 from the Parkland Reserve Fund to capital project: Roy E. Carter Park, be approved; 7. THAT the budgeted funds totaling $1,314,916.80 remaining in capital accounts identified in Attachment 1 be uncommitted from their respective reserve and reserve funds 8. THAT the budgeted funds totaling $200,000.00 remaining in capital accounts identified in Attachment 1 be uncommitted from their respective contributors.

1. THAT Report FIN-2024-001, Proposed 2024 Fees and Charges, be received; and 2. THAT the fees and charges outlined in Attachment 1 to Report FIN- 2024-001, be approved; and 3. THAT staff be directed to bring the Fees By-Law forward for adoption at the January 29th Council meeting.
