THAT the presentation by Rob Rappolt, Planning Consultant, WSP Canada, regarding North Durham Agriculture-Related and On-Farm Diversified Uses, be received; and T HAT Report DEV -202 5 - 010 , North Durham Agricultural Related Uses and On-farm Diversified Uses Recommendations , be received; T HAT staff be directed to prepare the necessary draft Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments to implement Agricultural Related and On-farm Diversified Uses, based upon the approach outlined in Report DEV-2025-010 and public and agency comments as appropriate; and THAT staff be authorized to schedule a Statutory Public Meeting for the proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments with notice of the Public Meeting to be provided in accordance with the Planning Act.
