Special Meeting Minutes – March 20, 2023 THAT this Council enter into closed session to discuss personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, with respect to advisory committees and boards, the CAO performance review and municipal staff in relation to the core service review.

THAT Joyce Chatten, Gloria Fralick, Jan Gerrow, and Robin Howell be appointed to the Scugog Island Hall Board; Special Meeting Minutes – March 20, 2023 4. THAT the Seagrave Hall Board be dissolved the and the Township staff take over the operation and management of this hall in the interim; 5. THAT Karey Anne Large be appointed to the Economic Development Advisory Committee and Michael Filip to the Tourism Advisory Committee as the Scugog Chamber of Commerce Representatives; 6. THAT John Rowinski be appointed to the Economic Development Advisory Committee, Josh Mcllmoyle be appointed to the Tourism Advisory Committee and Jill Thompson be appointed to the Scugog Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Advisory Committee, as the MSIFN Council Representatives; 7. THAT The Heritage Advisory Committee Terms of Reference be amended to read: "The Committee Composition is eight (8) members, one which shall be a member of Council;" and 8. THAT Dan Stone be appointed to the Heritage Advisory Committee.
