THAT Council extend the delegates speaking time by four (4) minutes.

THAT the delegation by Carey Nicholson, Theatre on the Ridge regarding Cartwright Old Town Hall, be received.

THAT Council direct staff to exclude condition 12B from the draft later of intent.

T HAT Report COMS-2025-004, Intent to Lease Request for Cartwright Old Town Hall , be received; and T HAT the Director of Community Services and the Chief Administrative Officer complete the negotiation and drafting of a letter of intent for a future lease of the Cartwright Old Town Hall with Theatre on the Ridge based on the draft letter of intent form set out in Attachment 1 to Report COMS-2025-004, with the exclusion of clause 12B; and THAT the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the final negotiated letter of intent.

T HAT Report CORP-2025-001, North Durham United Football Club – Lease Renewal, be received; and T HAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the lease agreement with the North Durham United Football Club for use of municipal property, substantially in the form appended as Attachment 2 to Report CORP- 2025- 001; and THAT a By-law to authorize the lease agreement be brought forward for adoption to the February 24, 2025 meeting of Council.

THAT this meeting be adjourned.
