Report PWIS-2023-016, Town Hall 1873 Bell Tower Rehabilitation – Contract Award, be received; THAT the contract for S2023-18 – Town Hall 1873 Bell Tower Rehabilitation & Structure Envelope Repairs, in the amount of $238,000 (excluding HST), be awarded to 818185 Ontario Inc. o/a Roberston Restoration; THAT Capital Account No. 2261 – Roof Replacement at Town Hall 1873 be closed and the funding of $70,000 be reallocated to Capital Account No. 2098; and THAT additional funding not to exceed $152,846 be allocated to Capital Account No. 2028, from the Facility and Building Reserve.
