Committee Meeting

THAT the Minutes of the 5th Regular Meeting of the Scugog Accessibility Advisory Committee held November 05, 2020 be adopted as circulated.

THAT this Committee recommends that Council receive the attached Scugog Accessibility Advisory Committees’ 2020 Progress Report and endorse the 2021 Work Plan as presented at the February 22nd Council meeting.

THAT the document entitled "Accessibility Design Checklist" be approved and that the SAAC recommends that the Checklist document be provided to applicants of Building Permits and Planning Applications for their consideration.

THAT the Scugog Accessibility Advisory Committee accepts Cearra Howey's resignation from the committee; AND THAT the Clerk be advised of the vacant seat and initiate the recruitment and selection process of a replacement member.

THAT this meeting be adjourned.
