THAT the presentation by Graham Richards, MHBC, regarding the Zoning By-Law Amendment (Z/08/2025) - 10651 Old Scugog Road, be received for information.

T HAT Report DEV-2026-004, Development Application Process Review Implementation Plan, be received for information; and, THAT the Development Application Process Review Implementation Plan, as attached to this report, be approved by Council; and, THAT Council approve the conversion of two existing vacant staff positions to create the two recommended positions, being a Planning Assistant and Development Engineering Coordinator; and, THAT staff be directed to undertake the necessary actions of the Development Application Process Review Implementation Plan.

THAT Council approve an amendment to Zoning By-law 14-14 (File Z/08/2025) to rezone a surplus farm dwelling severed lot and the retained farm parcel as outlined in Report DEV-2026-002); and, 4. THAT Council direct staff to bring forward the amending By-law for consideration and enactment.
