Special Council Meeting

Special Council Meeting – September 13, 2021 THAT Resolution CR-2018-259 (Appointment of Acting Mayors) as adopted on December 10, 2018, be amended to replace Councillor Ross with Councillor Rock for April/May/June.

THAT the Region of Durham be advised that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Scugog hereby appoints Councillor Rock as the Township's representative on the Kawartha Conservation Authority to replace Councillor Ross

THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Scugog hereby appoints Councillor Rock to replace Councillor Ross as representative and alternate to the following Committees and Boards:  Blackstock Recreation Complex AC – Alternate  Scugog Accessibility AC – Representative  Scugog Heritage AC – Alternate  Scugog Memorial Public Library Board – Alternate  Blackstock AG Society – Alternate  Scugog Island Community Hall Board – Representative Further that all other appointments of members of Council as representatives and alternates to respective Committees and Boards, as per Resolution CR 2019-261, remain unchanged.

THAT By-Law 38-21 confirming the proceedings of the Special Council meeting held Monday, September 13, 2021, be read a First, Second and Third time and Special Council Meeting – September 13, 2021 finally passed this 13th day of September, 2021, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to sign same and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
