That the Tourism Advisory Committee establish a working group consisting of Mr. Ross Lomas, Ms. Carey Nicholson, Ms. Bev Brown, Mr. Michael Filip and Councillor Robert Rock be established; and That the work plan for the working group be to research and draft a policy with procedures and criteria for selecting events that will determine what types of events may be listed on the sign.
