Special Council Meeting

THAT the delegations heard during the Public Meeting with respect to the Draft Plan of Subdivision Application (S-S-2017-01) and Zoning By-law Amendment Application (Z/05/2017), by 2380884 Ontario Ltd. (Embee Residential), be

1. THAT Report DEV-2021-001, Draft Plan of Subdivision Application (S- S-2017-01) and Zoning By-law Amendment Application (Z/05/2017), 2380884 Ontario Ltd. (Embee Residential), 13766 Old Simcoe Road, Part of Lots 16-17, Conc. 4, Ward 2 – Information Report, be received; and 2. THAT Staff report back to Council with a recommendation on these applications at the earliest opportunity.

1. THAT Report DEV-2021-002, Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z/11/2020, Applewood Farm Winery, M. & S. Passafiume, 2055 Regional Road 6/Saintfield Road (Part of Lot 21, Concession 14), Ward 1 - Recommendation Report, be received; 2. THAT the application to amend Zoning By-law 14-14 (Z/11/2020) by M. & S. Passafiume, Applewood Farm Winery, to rezone lands at 2055 Regional Road 6/ Saintfield to permit a winery/cidery and ancillary tasting room and retail facility, be approved; and 3. THAT the draft Zoning By-law amendment, appended to this report as Attachment 2, be adopted by Council.

THAT By-Law No. 04-21, be read a First, Second, and Third time and finally passed this 25th day of January, 2021, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to sign same and affix the Corporate seal thereto.

THAT By-Law No. 05-21, be read a First, Second, and Third time and finally passed this 25th day of January, 2021, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to sign same and affix the Corporate seal thereto.

THAT By-Law 06-21 confirming the proceedings of the special meeting of Council held Monday, January 25, 2021, be read a First, Second, and Third time and finally passed this 25th day of January, 2021, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to sign same and affix the Corporate seal thereto.
