That the minutes of the March 7, 2024 meeting of the Tourism Advisory Committee be approved.

That the bottom 48" x 72" of the cultural listing sign on the east wall of the building at 200 Queen Street be dedicated to tourism related events; That the bottom half of the 48" x 72" of the sign be split vertically; the top half be a static sign for Scugogtourism.ca and the bottom half be used to list seasonal tourism events and that the list be changed seasonally; And that Mr. Bennett continue to communicate with Ms. McLeod and report back to the Committee with regular updates on the sign.

That Ms. Stone-Curry and Mr. Bennett makes a delegation to Council at a May meeting, for the purpose of requesting that Council approve the Tourism Advisory Committee's request that the wayfinding project be outsourced to a consultant so that the project can be started and completed in 2024.
