THAT the Minutes of the 1st Regular Meeting of the Scugog Heritage Advisory Committee held January 14, 2025 be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee seeks Council's authorization to prepare a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purposes of obtaining proposals from qualified heritage consultants to undertake a Port Perry Residential Heritage Conservation District Plan; and THAT the $50,000 allocated to retain a heritage consultant to prepare Heritage Value Statements to support landowners' requests to designate their properties under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act be transferred to an account to be used to retain a heritage consultant to prepare a Port Perry Residential Heritage Conservation District Plan.
