Scugog Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity Advisory Committee

THAT the Scugog Accessibility Advisory Committee requests council to accept Julia Sutherland and Peter Russell's resignation from the Committee; AND THAT the Clerk be advised of the vacant seats and initiate the recruitment and selection process of the replacement members.

THAT the Minutes of the 7th Regular Meeting of the Scugog Accessibility Advisory Committee held September 8, 2021 be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Minutes of the special SAAC working group held on September 22, 2021 be adopted as circulated.

THAT a working group be established of no more than 3 members to review and develop the 2021 Annual Report and 2022 work plan AND THAT the members selected would be Councillor Rock, Amanda Kelly, and Candace Morgan.

THAT this Committee requests $2,000.00 for the 2022 Scugog Accessibility Advisory Committee Operating Budget.

THAT this committee approves the 2022 meeting dates as follows: January 12, February 2, March 2, April 6, May 4, June 1, September 7 at 3:00 PM.

THAT this meeting be adjourned.
