Scugog Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity Advisory Committee

THAT Patricia Thomas be elected as Chair of the Scugog Accessibility Diversity, Inclusion, Equity Advisory Committee for 2024.

THAT an interim chair be appointed for the reason that the current chair (Patricia Thomas) was unable to chair the current meeting; AND THAT the members agreed unanimously that Bonnie Blackstock be appointed as the interim chair to chair the remainder of this meeting.

THAT the Minutes of the 3rd Regular Meeting of the Scugog Accessibility Advisory Committee held November 21, 2023 be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Scugog Accessibility Diversity, Inclusion, Equity Advisory Scugog Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity Advisory Meeting #1 February 14, 2024 Committee approves the attached 2023 Annual Report and 2024 Work Plan as circulated. AND THAT this Committee recommends that Council receive the attached Scugog Accessibility Diversity, Inclusion, Equity Advisory Committees' 2023 Annual Report and endorse the 2024 Work Plan as submitted.

THAT The Scugog Accessibility Diversity, Inclusion, Equity Advisory Committee reviewed and approved the 2024-2028 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan as written.

THAT this committee agrees to attend the Township of Brock's municipal office to participate in an Accessibility Advisory Committee group information sharing session on May 21st at 9:30am.

THAT this committee requests that an additional committee meeting be scheduled (if required) to accommodate a presentation from Durham Region Transit regarding the Wayfinding APP.

THAT this meeting be adjourned.
