THAT the Minutes of the 2nd Regular Meeting of the Scugog Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity Advisory Committee Meeting held September 11, 2024 be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Scugog Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, Advisory Committee agreed to meet on (the 2nd Wednesday) February 12, April 9, June 12, September 10 and November 12 at 2:00 pm for the year 2025.

Scugog Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity Advisory Meeting #3 November 13, 2024 THAT the SADIE committee accept committee member Chad Sorichetti's resignation; and THAT the Clerk be advised of the vacant seat and initiate the recruitment and selection process of a replacement member.

THAT the SADIE committee asks staff to consider an additional $500.00 be included in the 2025 SADIE operating budget making the total request $2,500.00.
