THAT this Council enter into a closed session to discuss: 1. personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees, pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001; 2. labour relations or employee negotiations, pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001; and 3. advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

THAT By-Law 47-20 confirming the proceedings of the Special Council meeting held Friday, August 14, 2020, be read a First, Second, and Third time and finally passed this 14th day of August, 2020, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to sign same and affix the Corporate seal thereto.
