That the minutes of the Economic Development Advisory Committee meeting held February 7, 2025 be approved.

That, in light of the resignation received from Mr. Williams (the current Chair), Mr. Mike Cascone be appointed as the new Chair for the Economic Development Advisory Committee; and That Mr. Matthew Somerville be appointed as the new Vice Chair for the Economic Development Advisory Committee, to act in place and stead of the Chairperson when he is absent.
