Planning and Community Affairs Committee

1. THAT Report DEV-2022-003, Draft Plan of Subdivision (S-S-2020-01), Official Plan Amendment (SOP/01/2020), Zoning By-law Amendment (Z/08/2020) and Site Plan (SP/04/2021) Applications, Magnum General Contracting Inc., Part 2, Plan 40R-20203 and Block 123, Plan 40M-2029, Part of Lot 18, Conc. 5, Ward 2 – Information Report, be received; and 2. THAT Staff report back to Council with a recommendation on these applications at the earliest opportunity.

1. THAT Report DEV-2022-004, Port Perry Employment Area Community Improvement Plan (CIP) – Draft Implementation Guidelines, be received; 2. THAT the Draft Implementation Guidelines and application package be released for public review and comment; and 3. THAT the CIP Guide and Application Package, as well as the implementing By-law for the Port Perry Employment Area CIP be forwarded to Council for review and consideration as soon as possible.
