Economic Development Advisory Committee

That Mr. Keith Willaims be elected as Chairperson of the Economic Development Advisory Committee for 2025; and That Mr. Mike Cascone be elected as Vice Chairperson/Treasurer of the Economic Development Advisory Committee for 2025, to act in place and stead of the Chairperson when he is absent.

That the Minutes of the November 1, 2024 Economic Development Advisory Committee be approved.

That the Economic Development Advisory Committee place an order for another five wagons now and endeavors to keep five wagons in stock.

That the Economic Development Advisory Committee investigate purchasing enough Scugog-branded swag to keep in stock for the purpose of reselling it at local events and reinvesting the funds from sales raised into future wagons.

That the verbal report from Mr. Keith Williams on Uber and it's future in Scugog be received.

That a subcommittee of the Economic Development Advisory Committee members be struck to study and explore transit issues in North Durham and opportunities to build more comprehensive transit options; and That the members of the subcommittee be, Mr. Matthew Somerville, Ms. Kristen Meyer-Creamer, Region Rural Economic Development Staff, Robert Rock and Ivo Finotti.
