1. THAT Report DEV-2020-037, “Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z/02/2020, 2334225 Ontario Inc. – 20 and 30 Brook Street (Part Lot 13, Conc. 5, Lots 10 to 16, Plan H-50023), Ward 1, Information Report, be received; and 2. THAT Staff report back to Council with a recommendation on this application at the earliest opportunity.

1. THAT Report DEV-2020-036, Draft Plan of Subdivision S-S-2018-03 and Zoning By-Law Amendment Application Z/08/2018, Delpark Homes, 1691 King Street and 259 Union Avenue (Part of Lots 17 - 18, Conc. 5), Ward 2 - Information Report, be received; and 2. THAT Staff report back to Council with a recommendation on these applications at the earliest opportunity.

Planning and Community Affairs Committee Meeting, November 16, 2020 1. THAT Report DEV-2020-035, Draft Plan of Condominium Application C-S-2020-01, 2659163 Ontario Ltd., 1622 Scugog Street/Highway 7A, Ward 2 - Recommendation Report, be received; 2. THAT Staff be authorized to advise the Region of Durham that the Township supports approval of the Draft Plan of Condominium Application C-S-2020-01, subject to the conditions outlined in Attachment 2 to this report and any minor revisions to the satisfaction of the Director of Development Services; and 3. THAT staff be authorized to prepare a condominium agreement to be executed by the Mayor and Clerk in compliance with the provisions of the Township’s Delegation of Authority By-law.

1. THAT Report DEV-2020-038, Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z/07/2020 M. Somerville, Two Blokes Cider Inc. – 21300 Simcoe Street (Part of Lots 23 and 24, Concession 12), Ward 1 – Recommendation Report, be received; 2. THAT the application to amend Zoning By-law 14-14 (Z/07/2020) by M. Somerville, Two Blokes Cider Inc. to rezone lands at 21300 Simcoe Street to permit a cidery and ancillary tasting room and retail facility, be approved; and 3. THAT the draft Zoning By-law amendment appended to this report as Attachment 1, be brought forward for adoption.

1. THAT Report CORP-2020-015, Port Perry Tennis Club Renewal, be received; 2. THAT the Amending Agreement appended as Attachment 1 to Report CORP-2020-015, which extends the Lease with the Port Perry Tennis Club for the Port Perry Tennis Courts from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2021, be approved; and 3. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and execute the Amending Agreement with the Port Perry Tennis Club.
