THAT this Council enter into a closed session to discuss: 1. personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees, pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001; and 2. labour relations or employee negotiations, pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

THAT By-Law 48-20 confirming the proceedings of the Special Council meeting held Thursday, August 20, 2020, be read a First, Second, and Third time and finally passed this 20th day of August, 2020, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to sign same and affix the Corporate seal thereto.
