General Purpose and Administration Committee

THAT the items listed under Section 10, Consent Agenda, be approved, save and except items 10.1.1, 10.1.2, 10.1.3, 10.1.4, 10.1.6.

1. THAT Report COMS-2022-010 Theatre on the Ridge Lease, be received; and 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorised to execute the lease agreement with the Theatre on the Ridge in the form attached as Attachment No. 2 to Report COMS-2022-010; 3. THAT a By-law to authorize the lease agreement be brought forward for adoption.

1. THAT Report COMS-2022-011, 2022 Canada Day Celebrations, be received; 2. THAT Council deem the 2022 Canada Day Celebrations an Event of Municipal Significance; and 3. THAT the requirement to submit a Criminal Background Check in By-law 48-14 and By-law 19-15 for the Canada Day vendors be waived.

1. THAT Report COMS-2022-012, Parks By-law Updates, be received; and 2. THAT the By-law appended as provided as Attachment No. 1 to Report COMS-2022-012, Parks By-law Updates, be adopted as amended.

1. THAT Report CORP-2022-018, Township of Scugog Accessibility Update, be received.

1. THAT Report FIN-2022-024, 2023 Budget Timetable, be received; and 2. THAT Council endorse the proposed plan as outlined.

THAT the proclamations issued by the Mayors office for the month of June, 2022, be received.

THAT this meeting be adjourned.
