THAT this Council enter into a closed session at 4:11PM to discuss advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, pursuant to Section 239(2)(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, and to discuss litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals affecting the municipality, pursuant to Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, 2001, with respect to Primrose Lawsuit.
