1. THAT Report CORP-2022-002, Utica Memory Hall (13990 Marsh Hill Road), be received; and 2. THAT the net proceeds of $732,322.98 from the sale of the Utica Memory Hall be transferred as follows: $500,000 to the Building & Facilities Reserve and $232,322.98 to the Parkland Reserve Fund.
