THAT the Minutes of the 1st Regular Meeting of the Healthy Lake Scugog Steering Committee held April 16, 2024 be adopted.

THAT the Healthy Lake Scugog Steering Committee receive the attached report entitled “Restructuring the Healthy Lake Scugog Steering Committee” for information; THAT the Healthy Lake Scugog Steering Committee supports “Option 1” as written; THAT the committee supports the revised membership that will alleviate committee quorum challenges; THAT the committee be permitted to continue with the project specific Ad- HOC committee (LSEP) in the new year; and THAT this committee asks Council’s support for these recommendations.

THAT the Healthy Lake Scugog Steering Committee agreed to meet on (the 3rd Tuesday) February 18, April 15, June 17, September 16 and November 18 at 2:00 pm for the year 2025; and THAT the Committee request Council approve an additional regular Steering Committee meeting on January 21, 2025 to begin committee initiatives
