That the North Durham Chamber of Commerce develop a budget and draft a cost for service agreement for the Welcome Wagon program as it runs today, to be presented at the May 2026 Committee meeting, that could be presented to the next iteration of the Economic Development Advisory for the 2027-2030 Council term for review and implementation.
