1. THAT Report DEV-2020-027, Draft Plan of Condominium Application C-S-2020-01, 2659163 Ontario Ltd., 1622 Scugog Street/Hwy 7A, Ward 2 - Information Report, be received; and 2. THAT Staff report back to Council with a recommendation on this application at the earliest opportunity.

1. THAT Report DEV-2020-028, entitled Zoning By-law Amendment Z/10/2020, Willowtree Farm – 865 Regional Road 21, Part of Lot 9, Concession 5, Ward 1 – Information Report, be received; and 2. THAT Staff report back to Council with a recommendation on this application at the earliest opportunity.

1. THAT Report DEV-2020-032, Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z/09/2020, Oxnard Port Perry Inc, Old Simcoe Road (Part of Lots 17- 18, Conc. 6), Information and Recommendation Report be received; and 2. THAT the application to amend Zoning By-law 14-14 (Z/09/2020) to remove the Holding (H) symbol to enable the construction of the 40- unit townhouse development, be approved; and 3. THAT the draft By-law removing the Holding (H) symbol appended as Attachment 2 be brought forward to Council for approval.

1. THAT Report DEV-2020-025, Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z/03/2020 Youngfield Farms Ltd., 4031 Regional Road 57 (Part of Lot 17, Conc. 9), Ward 4 - Recommendation be received; 2. THAT the application to amend Zoning By-law 14-14 (Z/03/2020) by Youngfield Farms Ltd. to 1) to rezone the severed lands at 4031 Regional Road 57 to permit an existing single detached dwelling; and 2) to rezone the retained parcel at 4031 Regional Road 57 to prohibit future residential uses and any future severances, be approved; and 3. THAT the draft Zoning By-law amendment appended to this report as Attachment 5, be brought forward to Council for approval.

1. THAT Report DEV-2020-033, Port Perry Waterfront Action Plan Update – Phase 2, be received.

1. THAT Report CORP-2020-010, Contract No. S2020-16 Replacement Office Multi-Function Printers, be received; and 2. THAT the tender received from Ricoh Canada Inc, be accepted for the lease of nine Multi-function printers to fulfill Contract No. S2020-16.

THAT the correspondence received from the City of Oshawa regarding their Anti-Racism motion, be received.

THAT this meeting be adjourned at 8:20PM.
