THAT the presentation regarding fairgrounds community outreach interim report, be received for information.

THAT the presentation regarding fairgrounds community outreach interim report, be received for information. THAT the presentation and Report CSP-2026-002, Fairgrounds Community Outreach Interim Report, be received for information; and, THAT the Staff Steering Committee, along with Darwin Pivot and J.L. Richards, proceed with Round 2 of the Fairgrounds public consultation as set out in the consultants’ Port Perry Fairgrounds Visioning Exercise Interim Report, including design workshops, development of concepts and public open house to begin in spring 2026.

THAT By-Law 08-26 confirming the proceedings of the special meeting of Council held Monday, March 9, 2026, be read and passed this 9 day of March, 2026, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to sign same and affix the Corporate seal thereto.

THAT this meeting be adjourned.
