THAT this committee supports (in principle) the verbal request from the Port Perry Hospital Foundation to remove the 2 banners located at 144 Queen Street (Re/Max Building facing Palmer Park) and one at 209 Queen Street (Port Perry Pharmacy facing Perry Street) and replace with 2 identical banners layout to display a "thank you" message for the support received AND THAT the committee approve the design before final approval granted.
