THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee ask staff to address the ongoing issue concerning the awnings on the building at 251 Queen Street (Herrington's) as this is in contravention of Sign By- law 40-15.

THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee asks Council to consider the request to Designate the Port Perry Fairgrounds under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act; AND THAT Council also receive and accept the Heritage Background Report to support the reasoning for this Designation request.
