THAT the correspondence letters received from Mr. J. Lucyk and Mr. T. Rowett regarding the Downtown Port Perry Community Improvement Plan, be received.

1. THAT the presentation regarding the Downtown Port Perry Community Improvement Plan, by Ms. R. Prentice, Manager of Planning, be received; 2. THAT Report DEV-2021-028, Downtown Port Perry Community Improvement Plan Recommendation Report, be received; 3. THAT the Community Improvement Plan for Downtown Port Perry (December 2021) (Attachment 4) be endorsed; and 4. THAT a By-law to adopt the Community Improvement Plan for Downtown Port Perry be forwarded to Council for review and consideration as soon as possible.

1. THAT the presentation on the 2020 Fire and Emergency Services Annual Report, by Mark Berney, Director of Fire and Emergency Services / Fire Chief, be received, and; 2. THAT Report, FIRE-2021-003, 2020 Scugog Fire and Emergency Services Annual Report, be received.

1. THAT Report FIRE-2021-004, Open Air Burning By-law Update, be received; and 2. THAT By-law 81-19 Open Air Burning By-law be repealed and replaced with the proposed By-law, as attached.

THAT Report CORP-2021-029, 2022 Municipal Election Costs and Additional Details, be received. Planning and Community Affairs Committee – December 13, 2021
